Kyle Baer

Kyle Baer is the CEO of Crystal Practice Management, a software platform for optometry with over 8,000 doctors and 20,000 users on the system, where he is leading product and go to market expansion after a career in private equity, corporate development, and operations. He previously held roles in corporate development at Datacor, operations and leadership at Accruent and Farmhouse Delivery, and investment roles at PNC RiverArch Capital and BlueTree Allied Angels, alongside founding Elm Brook Capital and an earlier campus venture.
